Health CS, Sicily Kariuki represents President Uhuru in KMTC’s 86th graduation| thecampusmagazine.com

The Kenya Medical Training College has held its 86th graduation ceremony today 06th of December, 2018.

 

In a well-planned colourful event that was attended by people from all divides, the Kenya Medical Training College has graduated thousands of comrades specialised in different courses along the medical discipline.

 

The event was presided over by the cabinet secretary for health, Sicily Kariuki who represented the president, Uhuru Kenyatta among other leaders and different personalities that were available for the same event.

 

The graduation is said to be one of the largest graduation ceremonies ever held with a total of ten thousand, eight hundred and sixty nine (10869) comrades graduating.

 

Among those graduating were three hundred (300) students who were enrolled in the World Bank Sponsored ECN Program. The newly graduated health professionals are expected to go back to their communities and help the government tackle maternal and child mortality.
